Kia works hard to introduce new features that drivers will appreciate and respond well to. According to a customer satisfaction survey given out by AutoPacific that was completed by 54,000 people, Kia has three vehicles that provide higher levels of customer satisfaction than any other vehicle.
The 2017 Kia Optima has proven that it is one of the safest vehicles on the road by earning the "Top Safety Pick Plus" award from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). This is the highest award given by the IIHS to show consumers the level of safety that the vehicle offers.
Kia's efforts to redefine the sports sedan segment are already being rewarded.
