The Kia Optima, Cadenza, and Sportage have won the Vehicle Satisfaction Award (VSA) from AutoPacific for their respective classes. The survey which decides the VSA winners includes 49 attributes of the vehicle ranging from interior comfort to performance. Vehicles, such as the Optima, that have won this award more than once, really show a level of excellence from Kia; the company just wants to provide drivers with the best all-around experience with their vehicle.
