Kia's efforts to redefine the sports sedan segment are already being rewarded. In a press release from this past Thursday, the automaker announced that the all-new 2018 Kia Stinger fastback has been recognized with a prestigious EyesOn Design award for Production Car Design Excellence. The EyesOn Design awards are the officially sanctioned design awards for the North American International Auto Show in Detroit.
Unlike anything Kia has released to date, the 2018 Kia Stinger is a fastback sport sedan that delivers both a thrilling and luxurious driving experience. With a wide, muscular stance, and assertive visual balance, the Stinger exudes both elegance and athleticism.
“We’ve made a lot of great cars and I’m proud of all of them, but the Stinger is something special,” said Peter Schreyer, Kia Motors’ chief design officer.
Backed by Kia's industry-leading quality and reliability, the 2018 Kia Stinger goes on sale later this year.
