The first thing you want to do is make sure that you lock your car. Keep any valuable items out of view, too. Otherwise, someone may decide to smash a window to take the contents. It’s a good idea to have a physical anti-theft device installed on your vehicle, too.
Auto recovery tools are readily available, too. This way, if your car is stolen, you can track it to find out who has it and where they are. Never leave your car running. Also, park intelligently so that it makes it harder for people to steal your car in front of others.
